Hello my delivery EDD will be on 30 January,2024. My n baby sonography report are all normal till also baby is active in womb. but l don't get any pain in 9 month. ls it normal or should l have to do some exercise.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please wait for sometime still there is time. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

yes it's normal
it is not necessary to get pain
just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
it is important
avoid exercises by own
it must be done if your treating doctor suggest it
