Q.

hello...my daughter's friend behaves sometimes abnormal...she is familiar with only grandparents but doesn't feel comfortable with other peopleand even with other kids also...she starts crying whenever she hears any loud sound and she looks lost whenever we asks her anything but at house she plays actively....is this autism or a normal behaviour..pls advice

A. If your child is behaving the child that you’re talking about is behaving absolutely normal at home listening and responding understanding everything is good as your own child if you see that your child is doing certain things and the other child is also doing the same things at home then the child is not having any problem with the child probably has Stranger and anxiety and that’s why the child gets very cranky and child meet other friends and all but if the child always in its own zone not responding to name not following commands not understanding anything then that can be an issue with the child is either having a delay in the mental growth or it could be borderline autism
