Hello My daughter is one month old. My milk is getting produced more than required. It’s very painful What should I do.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Latch the baby well to your breast while breastfeeding for at least 20 minutes to ensure your baby sucks in the hind milk. Excess milk can be expressed by hand. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
