Hello My daughter is 6 yrs and 3 months she had cold runny nose and suddenly ever 6 hr getting fever also shivering Is it normal? We are giving her paracetamol

A. Yeah of course sometimes due to high fever kids also shiver so continue with the paracetamol that you’re giving every six hours if the temperature is little high you can also do cold sponge and consult your doctor tomorrow for further assistance
