hello my daughter is 6 months 22 days old. i already started dal,rice and water.can i now start the cow milk. please suggest

A. Hi Mom, Cow's milk is not recommended for the babies less than one year. Breast milk or formula milk is recommended till one year. You can also give fruits such as apple, banana, carrot, potatoes etc. Thank you and have a good day.
