Q.

hello, my baby is of 5.5 months. I am breastfeeding and have started liquid foods like dal water, rice water and Raab. After 6 months what is preferable, formula milk or cow milk?

A. You should continue to breastfeed even after 6 months. In fact, breast milk should be the primary source of milk. You can use cow milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.

A. Dear mum, ideally you should have introduced top food after 6 months. You can give cow milk or any Pasteurised milk to your baby. It is better to avoid giving formula.
