hello my daughter is 4 year old and she is having fever from last 3 days, I am giving her ibugesic liquid in 7-8 hour interval but it is coming again and again. what should I do

In general is believed that if the fever loss for more than three days and it is not a normal fever and the medicine that you’re giving is quite heavy already still the fever is not in control I suggest you to please take an assistance with your doctor tomorrow
