Hello my daughter is 2years and 11months old. She has some allergy only on both arms and legs since past few days. I gave her allegra syp and applied calak A lotion too. But it goes and erupts again. Did her stool and urine tests too but reports are ok. There are red patches on her whole arms and legs. What should I do?

Then this is basically some kind of a blood allergy or blood infection only I would recommend you to consult either a dermatologist or a homeopathic doctor first you need to figure out what is the root cause behind this problem and accordingly they can help you with the right treatment for the same
