Q.

hello ,my daughter is 22 months old,I breakfast I gve her n apple n banana ,wht else cn I give her she does not want to have a single vegetable .

A. give normal breakfast. upma, sheera, fruit n vegetables puree or stick, smoothie, ragi malt, oats.. etc. give 3 meals n 2 snacks a day limit milk intake up to 450 ml per day

A. You should give to your daughter paratha and dahi, and upma,boiled egg etc.

A. Give Kumar you can give poha try to give different variety to your child for breakfast you can find lots and lots of recipes for healthy breakfast online which will not required vegetables maybe but it will be tasty and healthy at the same time
