hello my daughter is 1year 4 month old she is suffering from constipation. I can see small drop of blood in her hard potty which she pass facing many difficulties.Is this constipation because of dry fruits which I am giving her ,I give 2 cashew 2 almonds half walnut and 1 seed of pumpkin without soaking just grinding and adding in makhana and hot milk puree..kindly help
