Q.

my baby is 3 years old and frequently suffering from constipation, she goes to potty once in every 4-5 days. and her potty is very hard and sometimes blood comes along with potty...We are giving her cow's milk..

A. it will be good if you try to ensure that you are helping by giving lots of fluids to the baby try to increase fibre rich food like you can give your baby fruits which are rich in fibre vegetables that will be helpful salads are helpful
