hello. my daughter is 14 days old baby. she is getting blood from navel .What should I do?

Has the umbilical cord fallen off?
If yes then how much bleeding is happening?
It could happen because of the crusts getting disturbed or sometimes the there could be a patent umbilical vein

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello just try to clean the area using spirit and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby is small
