Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it is hard to say anything without examining your child. please consult your pediatrician for proper evaluation. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. keep your child well hydrated. keep that area clean. avoid using any cosmetics maintain good hygiene
