hello my daughter does not breastfeed bcoz she got the habit of bottle for beginning now she is 3 months old, and I take galact powder for increasing milk so should I stop taking powder or continue, there won't be any side effects of it...

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. yes you can take lactation supplements.. take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi sabudana dalia.. more you nurse milk with increase.. use Babyhug electric breast pump ...regular pumping increase milk
