Q.

hello my belly fat not reduced after delivery. I am mother of 5 month old baby. what should I do to reduce my weight. because my belly still looks like I am having 4-5 month baby inside.

A. The belly fat won’t go away all right self and you have to work out. If you had vaginal delivery then you can start doing your day but if you had a cesarean delivery then wait until you complete a minimum of six months post surgeryWrite Your Answer Here

A. I had normal delivery. and I already started household cores from 1 and half month ago. still I am not seeing any weight loss improvement.

A. Hi parent Walk more eat couple of bites less than what you really want to Don't.use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't.use packaged and processed food , maida and exceed sugar salt., cold drinks.etc.
