Hello.. My bay got 6 teeths till now, 4 on upper side and 2 on lower side. Post that there is no symptoms of teeth eruption till now. He is now 1 year 5 months and got his first teeth during 11th month. Please suggest of this is fine and we can wait for so e more time before consulting the doctor Thanks

A. Hi there's nothing to worry. babies get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 36 months. so wait remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time.
