Q.

Hello My baby was born on 9th of August, my doctor has suggested to get the 6th week vaccine on October 6th. But if we calculate 6 weeks from August 9th it is coming on 20th September. So could anyone explain why doctor suggested 6th October instead of 20th September please. #Vaccination

A. Mam actually it’s very difficult to say why your doctor may have advised you but sometimes in the weight of the child is not proper at the time of birth they give extra time maybe a month or two for the child to gain that weight when the vaccination is given because when the child vaccination is not given till the time your child doesn’t reach an appropriate amount of weight it could be because of the same
