Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 dtimes per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.d vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom on the completion of six weeks get ur baby vaccinated..Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. Follow the vaccination card given by the doctor so that no vaccine is missed out.
