Hello My baby now having his first tooth in 5 months and today he almost done defecation 5 times?? Please help me what can i do for my baby And one more thing in 5 months old baby how much weight should baby have ??

A. stool pattern of baby may change if consistency of stool is not runny like loose motion, baby is active playfull, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours do not worry exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete baby should be double the birth weight by 6 months or less
