hello my baby is seven months old can i give him papaya as meal ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give it as a meal. you can give cereals, porridge, oats, kheer, khichdi as a meal. give 2 meals n 1 snacks a day to your seven month old baby

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, Yeah! You can give it to baby. First give in small amount then gradually increase the amount if baby is digesting it well. Try other seasonal fruit and vegetables soups and other home made nutritious food. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chhuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
