hello my baby is one month old ...wo fta fta sa potty krti h or Usme Pani jaisa v ata h ya kv kv thoda bs Pani hi aata h kya kru suggest me.....or Mai watermelon or mango kha skti hu?

A. hello parents work it is just one month old passing small quantity of stools immediately post feed is a part of gastrocolic reflex as long as a child is active and urine output is normal do not worry

A. for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogermina probiotil twice a day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
