hello my baby is now 12months old from few days he's not eat anything properly i made new things still not eat and drink water which result he poop 2 or 3 days later tight stool what should i do

Teething could be happening and probably which is why your child is going through this kind of a pattern with a child is not willing to eat not willing to drink because of that only the motion of the child is becoming hard so just check with your doctor what can be done maybe some medicine can be helpful in easing down the process and will be benefiting for the child
