Hello My baby is 9 months old now .,I want to introduce cow milk to her.How much water should be added to the milk ..,please tell me the ratio

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Cow milk can ge introduced once your baby complete one year as it might lead to iron deficiency if introduced early so for now continue with formula feed and for preparing porridge you can add packet milk or cow milk
