Q.
can we introduce paneer to a 9 months old baby? it is said that cow milk should not be offered but can we introduce paneer which is extracted from the same milk?

ArifaIbrahimMom of 4 children1 day agoA. you can give paneer to your baby at 8 months onwards... it's super protein rich product and helps to gain weight in babies...

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 days agoA. You can give money to the child from the age of seven months onwards there is a direct milk is not advisable to be given but the products associated with dairy can be given to the child so you can go ahead with giving Paneer to the child there is no issue
