Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby passing motion after every feed is normal Some babies may be passing stool immediately after feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in babies as the baby will be growing it will come down

For 8 mths old,she shd be on solids food already. It could be the food that she is taking that's causing the frequent bowel movement? If it is very watery like water, then it is diarrhoea, and thats when lacto fort comes in, or even soy. Even if the child is having diarrhoea, u can still bf.
