Hello My baby is 7 months old.. I have given fruits apple orange banana to my baby n next day given boiled carrot... She is got loose motion like greenish watery... From five days right now.. Please help me with this

A. do not give oranges before 1 year of age , Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
