Hello my baby is 6 months old .. he don’t nap for more than 45 minutes what may be the reason behind it .

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, that is how babies are. Now that baby is 6 months old you should begin with semi solid diet for your baby. As that will help baby to stay full for longer and thus nap time will also increases. And set a routine for sleeping.
