hello my baby is 6 months 15 days old and is 7.5 kg in wt. he has fever all of sudden at night about 101 F. what dose of paracetamol to be given and what needs to be done? is it bcz his teeth are going to errupt. rest everything was fine in the whole day

teething leads to low grade frver.
although yiu can give ur child 1 ml calpol drops 120 mg in every 6 hours n vonsult ur doctor.
