Hello, My baby is 5 months old. please suggest me when we should start the iron?? Right now i m giving him Calshine as vitamins.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 5 months old and if his Hb is less than normal 12 gms dl then only you should give him iron before that consult with your paediatrician
