Q.

Hello..My baby is 5 months old..I am breastfeeding him..his weight is 6.2 kg..I am feeding him 3 to 4 hrs gap in morng and eve time..and in night time I am leaving a long gap for 5 to 6 hrs...I am not waking him up and feeding him..is that okay..? or should I wake him up and feed him..kindly suggest..

A. Hello mom if he is able to sustain it and not showing any crying or discomfort while sleeping. And the weight gain is good enough not to worry you may continue to do so .

A. hello baby weight is absolutely fine and nothing to worry about and you can feed the baby when it wakes up for the feed and it is not necessary that you should wake your baby up and feed the baby especially if the growth of your child is good enough
