Hello, my baby is 5 month old and salivating too much also I think he has itching gums what should I do?

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Buy a good quality teether for your baby to bite and nibble. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
