Hello My baby is 3years Old and from last 2or 3 months some red rashes appears on her back and I think it may be itchy it become more red while bathing or after bath what to do pls suggest

Make ur baby wear comfortable clothes to prevent rashes..
Apply himalya calamine lotion on the back to get relief from rashes.. Keep the skin clean and dry. Take care
