hello, my baby is 3 months 21 days old. today I observed my baby right eye he hav small red spot ineer eyeside what will be the reason

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own in next two or three days and the child is also hcaving complaints (watery and itchy eyes) then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosisc and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection.
