Hello My baby is 3.5 month old boy. He sweat a lot . please let me know what is the reason?

A. Could usually have a little higher body temperature as compare to adults which is why the sweater lot in an early especially on the forehead and behind the head and see very very commonly happening with the child so not an issue with it is going to reduce automatically
