Hello My baby is 3.4 yrs. Bt his speech is not clear till now. He mostly used single words to say anything. Is it normal or need to consult.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please consult your doctor or a speech therapist for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. A 3 year old who can comprehend and non verbally communicate but cannot say many words may have a speech delay.
