Hello , My baby is 21 months old now He is having cough from and cold as well .for cold we have given Wiloryl syrup for 3 days and for cough now giving cospocin syrup .still the cough the is not reduced .is there ang alternative to condole cough.how many days the cough and cold will exists in babies generally

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 months agoA. Hello parents,Most of the time cough ,cold are viral in origin.it may subsides by 3-9days.No need of any medicine if mild.Keep your baby away from other infected persons if possible,continue to give all food items.
