Q.

Hello, My baby is 2 months old and everyone say that if I eat spicy food or adding green chillies to my dish will make baby fussy abd create in baby. Is it true? During my pregnancy I had not restricted any food. So is it true?

A. yes, avoid spicy food.. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions, Caffeine Chocolate , Citrus food products,Processed food.

Not at all you can have green chilies but have anything that you have in moderation because when you Have too much of chilli it can create heartburn to you and a child which is why are you should have chilli and spices in moderation there is no restriction on having chilies it’s absolutely a myth orWrite Your Answer Here
