Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can take it after three months as per my opinion and experience. and also take one cup per day and of it suits to you then you can take two cup a day. and have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.
