Hello my baby is 16 months old nd not eating in a proper manner nd I m feeding her but I want to leave lactation nd want her to take good diet

Give her variety to eat in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and look for recipes at YouTube.
If you wish to stop breast feeding then stop feeding and be stro g when baby cries. It will take 3 to 4 days for baby to forget about it
