Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that falso can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to lookf for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Wake them early in the morning like around 7am then put them for sleep between 12 to 1 pm then they will be tired by 9pm... it will take 15 days to set schedule but once it's done you will be happy follow a routine feed your well before sleep
