Q.

hello...my baby is 13 months old and she wants breast milk always but my milk flow is really really low its not even 30 ml ao is there any supplement or tablet I can take to increase my milk supply

A. you can take ayurvedic supplements like shatavari which can help in increasing the milk formation and also drink plenty of water as well as 500 ml milk everyday. . .
