hello my baby is 10 month old.he is making sneezinv sound while breathing but there is no runny nose or fever..what to do?is it normal

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the ejhxact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
