hello my baby is 10 m old he suffering with cold and fever I have given crocin but no relief, previously same condition crocin didn't work but another fepanildrops worked for him may I know the reason, is crocin doesn't suit some kids

A. please give febrex plus drops Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
