hello my baby is 1 yr 11 months old nd since 5 days he is vomiting.. medicine is giving but not cured..what to do

The medicines are not helping then I would just advise you to go for an ultrasound or something which is going to clear the picture what is the situation in the cut-off the child that the child is vomiting like that and accordingly the doctor can assist you
