hello My baby is 1 year old she eats food in puree form .. but still how I will know that whether she is getting enough breast milk or not..and now what to do to increase breast milk ...?

A. With Breastmilk you actually cannot come to know whether it is sufficient or not because if your child is gaining proper weight and eating properly and drinking milk properly in full for a minimum two hours after taking a feed that’s quite an indication that you are getting sufficient feed for the child
