hello , my baby is 1 year old. he bottom turned red since 1-2 days. he has fever cough and cold too. is it because of the medicine or something else. what I need to apply on his bottom.

A. You dan apply Vaseline one the rashes twice a day abd hero the area clean avd dry avoid excessive rubbing if skin do clean the bottom gently take care and stay safe
