hello my baby is 1 year 4months and we have come outstation Ooty for a vacation, weather is very predictable here sometimes too hot and sometimes too much rain...from yesterday the baby is having fever 101 and vomiting 1 time. Gave him crocin so fever came down but again 100.4.. what should we do?

A Fever can last for 24 to 72 hours of the fever does not subside and 72 hours can you love to get a check with your doctor but as of now along with the medication that you are giving I would advise you to go ahead with cold sponging it is due to the major fluctuation in the weather that creating this issue
