Q.
Hello my baby is 1 month old today .. i have been suggested by my family members not to wash my hair often as baby will catch cold and cough.. nor i get time to bath properly as according to them it will also affect baby and he will get cold and cough.. i sweat a lot and and my scalp sweat a lot and which creates itching a lot.. Can anybody guide? As i am feeling guilty a lot ?

You washing your head has actually got no connection with the child it is a misconception with most of the families and older people have because they have their own traditional believes which is why they are passing it on to you if you want to wash your hair every day you can it’s not a problem regularly oil and wash and says the weather is changing your family to concerned about this issue and best is to use hair dryer so you can use a hairdryer to dry out your hair little bit at least you know 60 to 70% you can drive with that
