ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent ur kid 18 m old suffering with cold and cough ,u may give steam inhalation along with nasoclear nasal drops for liquefying the secretion, keep room warm and cosy, u can give iral maxtra drops and ambroxol drops after examining the child
