hello my baby had red lesion but now it has turned into boil. anything to worry?

A. hi it is caused by many reasons like viral Infection , fungal Infection , insect bite etc As baby is too young , better to check with your pediatrician for once. At home , clean this part with warm water. but remember not to rub , scratch ,or pick at the wart. Don't share your child towel or soap ,comb etc with others.
